For Service Holder:
•    Original passport travel time to valid last six months
•    02 copy recent photos (back ground white (size 2 x 2) scan photo with scan paper not allowed
•    02 visiting card
•    Original last six months bank statement
•    Office Identity Card photo copy
•    Voter Identity Card photo copy
•    Last month electricity or telephone bill photo copy
•    Any one person Bangladesh local grantor name, address & phone no
•    Father, mother, spouse name, place, date& country of birth

Note: If wife travel, 02 copy recent photo (back ground white) (size 2 x 2)

•    Voter Identity Card copy
•    Father, mother, spouse name, place, date & country of birth
•    If children travel, children are student, student Identity Card copy &
•    02 copies recent photo (back ground white) (size 2 x 2)

For Businessman:
•    Original passport travel time to valid last six months
•    02 copy recent photos (back ground white) (size 2 x 2) scan photo with photo paper not allowed
•    01 copy visiting card
•    Original last six months bank statement
•    Trade license photocopy
•    Voter Identity Card photo copy
•    Electric or telephone bill photo copy
•    Any one-person local grantor name, address & phone no
•    Father, mother, spouse name, place, date & country of birth

•    Voter id photo copy
