For Service Holder:
•    Last o6 month valid passport
•    Recent 04 copy photo (back ground white) UK size
•    02 visiting card
•    Bank solvency certificate
•    Last o6 month bank statement (original copy)
•    Appointment letter, office leave letter
•    TIN certificate photo copy
•    Office ID card photo copy
•    Last six months salary certificate or pay slip
•    Voter ID card photocopy
•    Photocopy of FDR, fixed deposit

IF SPOUSE TRAVEL:
•    02 copy recent photos (back ground white)
•    Husband name, date of birth, present nationality
•    All children name, date of birth, passport no and present address
•    Father & mother name, date of birth & present nationality

IF CHILDREN TRAVEL:
•    02 copy recent photos (back ground white)
•    Student ID card photocopy
•    Student leave letter from school / college/university
•    Birth certificate

For Businessman:
•    Last o6 month valid passport
•    Recent 04 copy photo (back ground white) UK size
•    02 visiting card
•    Bank solvency certificate, last o6 month bank statement
•    Trade license photocopy (notary), tin certificate photo copy (notary)
•    Vat certificate photocopy (notary),
•    Forwarding letter, voter id card photocopy
